6 Project process Development Our process is built on Agile software development processes which are built on the foundation of iterative development. Our process use feedback as primary control mechanism. The feedback is driven by regular tests and releases of the evolving software. We start a project when the development team and customers agree a set of requirements and a project schedule. Our development plan is separated by a series of phases (also called iterations or sprints) allowing incremental delivery of product features. Within a sprint, new product features are planned, designed, implemented and tested. At the end of each sprint, the new features are demonstrated or delivered to the customer.
