3 MFLC Background Department of Defense (DoD) responded to military families emerging need for support beyond existing services at installations Summer DoDEA summer support programs began added CYS support to the Summer Enrichment Program Summer expanded CYS into an ongoing rotational program Fall 2008 Brought CYS support into 5 DoDEA schools in Europe as a pilot program. 3
