The scholarship includes: travel, academic fees for four years of university at the American University of Beirut, the American University in Cairo, and the Lebanese American University, accident and sickness insurance, housing, and a monthly allowance. SELECTED CANDIDATES OF THIS PROGRAM WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Pursue an undergraduate degree in Lebanon or Egypt at an American university Participate in a fully funded four year academic program Enhance leadership skills and increase spirit of civic engagement and volunteerism ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Current high school senior or applicant who graduated from high school in 2014; Citizen or national of Bahrain, or those qualified to hold a Bahraini passport; Strong academic credentials; Proficiency in written and spoken English with a minimum Institutional TOEFL (ITP) score of 490 (or equivalent on a similar test) that is less than two years old [The TOEFL [ITP] exam will be arranged by AMIDEAST if you qualify for the program] Maturity, flexibility and leadership potential; Ability to start the program in August/September of Note: American citizens are not eligible PRE APPLICATION DEADLINE: DECEMBER 4, 2014 DO NOT MISS THE CHANCE TO BECOME A LEADER APPLY NOW!
