The business meeting will commence at 9:30 a.m. followed by publisher presentations and training sessions. Lunch will be provided. If you are attending the meeting and need accommodations on Tuesday night before the meeting we have group rates at the Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Anderson Road/Veterans Expressway. Contact information is listed below. If you are a voting member and cannot attend the membership meeting please sign the proxy below if you have not done so already and return it to the LIRN office (office@lirn.net, fax) or you may also reply to the that was sent to official contacts at voting members with the text: I tender my proxy for the annual meeting to the President. A majority of members must be present, in person or by proxy to conduct LIRN business. On Tuesday night LIRN will host a dinner at the Iavarone s Steak House. If you can join us please RSVP to the LIRN office. If you plan on attending the membership meeting please inform the LIRN office. Directions to Keiser University Tampa, Iavarone s Steak House, and the Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Anderson Road/Veterans Expressway are included below. 2
