All of these years of work experience have helped me to develop the following skills: An enterprising attitude resulting in the high level of accomplishment, addressed by the commitment to ensure that goals were achieved by the successful projects result. Ability to develop efficient project plan using all best practice of project management knowledge areas such as integration, scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, human resource and procurement. How to develop and manage the project management office (PMO). Ability to negotiate and manage a good relationship with internal and external customers from any hierarchical levels. Ability to identify customer s needs and elaborate the feasibility studies, proposal and to execute them efficiently. Ability to coach and coordinate resources. Experience at projects to development systems for switch center for wire line and wireless, TDMA, GSM, CDMA, GPRS, WCDMA and transmission networks (SDH). Experience at projects to development systems on architecture client / server on Windows and Unix platforms (Solaris and HP-UX), using the programming language C, C + +, J2EE, COBOL, Visual C + + (MFC) and Visual Basic, database, Sybase or Oracle, networks (TCP / IP and X25) and routers (Cisco and IBM) Knowledge of CMMI, RUP and UML. Systems Specialist at Nortel Networks October March 2005 (4 years 6 months) Development and realization of integration testing, monitoring systems and acceptance testing. Monitoring of phases of system development in order to identify gaps in meeting the requirements and goals to anticipate the correction of potential errors during the product development phase. Control of the test environment and the resources needed to achieve them, management of tests, failures found and monitoring of corrections for releases. Systems Analyst at NEC Brasil October October 2000 (3 years 1 month) I worked in the research, development and maintenance of the telecommunication management network systems. Developed specifically the acquisition and transfer module of billing data and switch center traffic management, using programming language C, C ++ and OSP in a client / server architecture with Windows NT 4.0 and Unix (Solaris) using Sybase database. I wrote the "System Installation Manual" and the "Trouble Shutting Manual" of the system. I conducted analysis of system requirements, negotiations, proposed solutions and feasibility studies, analyzed the performance system and volume information to resizing the installed platform and the best use of resources, support the pre-sales and post-sales with customers. (Telemar-RJ, PE, PA; TELEFONICA; EMBRATEL; CRT (Brazil Telecom RS)). Enable the team to work at a high productivity and satisfaction level while minimizing burnout.
