EIF, EBRD, Croatia, FYR Macedonia; private investors with high added value and GP 2nd and final closing anticipated by the end of 2015/early 2016 on 40M. Deployment over 5 years (until end 2020) Dedicated primarily to Early Stage and Growth investments Companies with traction and proof of concept operating in Western Balkans but catering to global markets Seed stage companies allocation Local presence with global reach Experienced management team with local staff in three offices Leveraging the experience and network built Leveraging the experience, knowledge and social capital of Founders Club members Most successful entrepreneurs from the region with global personal networks Investors in the fund and mentors to the portfolio companies fostering their growth

9 9 SCV Management Team Jure Mikuž Managing Partner Tatjana Zabasu Managing Partner Jan Kobler Managing Partner Venture Partner Jure is responsible for the SCV management, fundraising activities and overall strategy. Tatjana is in charge of the SCV transaction management and manages SCV Skopje office. Jan is managing SCV Belgrade office and overlooks firm s overall business and investment strategies. 10 10 SCV Local: Skopje office Ivana Stanković Investment Manager Ivana with her extensive experience with SMEs and expertise in finance will be responsible for screening and detailed assesment of the investment opportunities. She also acts as a deputy manager of Skopje office. Associate Irena has had an active role in start-up ecosystem in Macedonia and the region, and will continue this role also within SCV.
