16 The Committee Interview: What to Expect Who are your Committee Members? Three faculty members and you. What questions should I expect? Questions about you and your experiences and a few ethical or topical questions. How do I prepare for my interview? Review your personal history questionnaire and central application. Most questions will come from what you have written in these documents, so make sure they re well-written! REMEMBER! You CAN (and SHOULD) submit your central application BEFORE you go through committee! Schools do not look at letters until the secondary application is received AND reviewed.
