No Title Places Member Representative Generation Process Terms Notes Executive Council Meetings Representatives are generated via vote by each department in accordance with places in university executive council meetings allocated to each department by the college. Allocation of places in university executive council meetings depends on numbers of seats assigned to the college. Each department/institute shall select one representative and the remaining places are served based on a rotation between Departments/Institutes of Physics, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, and Applied Mathematics.
