FALL 2015) Students will still be able to access the VMWare View via laptops from CoB lab checkout and classroom carts for instructional classroom lead activities. All Microsoft and Adobe applications will need to be accessed through the physical lab in rooms 185 and 190 for homework and assignments starting in the Fall 2015 unless students wish to install Office 2013 and Adobe on their own laptops or desktops. Students have the option of downloading Office 2013 for Windows or Mac via their Office365 link in webmail for free. For products not Microsoft or Adobe related will be available to students to access via our new: RDS System (Application Streaming) rds.cob.unt.edu/rdweb

13 9. MAC USERS; SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS If you login to your eagle connect mail from your Windows PC, you should then be able to download the Free version of OFFICE 365 for Windows to that Windows PC. The Office Version for MAC is limited to five products and yes MS Access is not one of them. You get five copies of Office, either for MAC or Windows or a combination of the two. As Microsoft and Adobe Products not available via RDS to Students; if you want to Boot Camp your MAC, (that is load Windows as an additional OS).
