Memosens: The Solution to Analog in our Digital Age

Problems of analog measurement Electrode features, connection and cable have impact on measured variable Use of high sophisticated golden contacts for signal transmission to the transmitter Use of cable with special high grade isolating material and of transmitters with stable ultra high impedance Calibration in the field is obligatory Moisture and corrosion are common reasons for breakdown of measuring points

Memosens Inductively-coupled digital Sensor Operation inductive data transmission inductive transmission of energy The electrical connection between cable and sensor is inductive This inductive connection powers the sensor head with energy It allows additionally a bidirectional and sophisticated digital data transmission between sensor head and cable coupling

Memosens Inductive Coupling: No Metal Contacts and Resistant to Water No shorting of contacts is possible No metal contacts to corrode No loss of signal by fouling of connector Inductive connector eliminates all the traditional problems found with electrical connectors.

Memosens - Integrated storage / Calibration transfer Memosens electrodes store the following data: Production data Order code, serial number Operational data total operating hours, number of sterilizations, max/min ph / T, duration of temp/ph extreme exposure Calibration data Date/Time, zero point, slope Change in calibration data from previous calibration, transmitter serial number FIELD CALIBRATIONS are still possible but CAN BE ELIMINATED and probe life can be verified and tracked.

Memosens Calibration Data Read from Sensor Memory

Memosens Makes it More Manageable Increased process measurement point availability via: Memobase Plus Reduced downtime through elimination of field work Exchange electrodes quickly Sensor trouble evaluated, INDOORS! Spare sensors don t just sit on the shelf aging: They can be continuously rotated in and out of service Lab work can be done either on a transmitter or a Memobase Plus system Transmitter

Memobase Plus: System Components All in one: Measure Calibrate Document PC USB cable MemoLink box Memosens cable Sensor Data + energy transfer

Primary Benefits of Memobase Plus Save time and money Minimized costs: Specialized knowledge is only required for efficient calibration in the laboratory rather than in the process Maximized availability of the measuring point: Sensors are exchanged quickly in the field Work safely in the lab and avoid mistakes High quality calibration and adjustment of all Memosens sensors Identical measurement technology in process and lab minimizes variability of measured values. Be prepared for audits Complete traceability thanks to detailed documentation Management of Memosens sensors over the whole sensor life time

CYC300 CPC30 Cabinet Housing to fully contain the CPC30 system Central location for all nonprocess pieces

TopCal CPC310 Very high degree of safety: Inprocess cleaning and calibration, no need to remove electrode High measuring quality: Optimum reproducibility of measurement results Low tolerances in calibration High availability: Long electrode life due to regular cleaning and calibration Low maintenance even with heavily soiled and aggressive media

TopClean CPC30 Cleaning as well as calibration Made specifically for automated CleanFit holder series CPA 471/472/473/474/475 Can do standing cleaning or cleaning with sterilization Can do either glass or TOPHIT probes Analog only

CYC310 CPC310 Cabinet Housing to fully contain the CPC310 system Central location for all nonprocess pieces Room for all three solutions as well as Mycom and control unit

Automatic retraction and cleaning/calibration cycle Measure Retract Clean Calibrate Phase 1: Measuring position Phase 2: Retraction Phase 3: Cleaning Phase 4: Calibration The retraction during CIP is important. The ISFET sensor element will be degraded when exposed to caustic CIP solution. Sensor and holder is SIP sterilizable. The electrode can be maintained and serviced automatically to maximize lifetime and minimize down time.
