3 Alurage is the export division of the Rollecate Group; the leading façade builder in the Netherlands. Our core-business is the utility sector, with a specialism for export markets. Alurage, Export by Rollecate. Started as a manufacturer of steel windows, the company developed into an internationally operating organisation based in both the Netherlands and abroad. The organisation has divisions in aluminium, steel, upvc, glass and composite. We offer quality solutions for high and low-rise, residential, commercial and industrial projects inclusive of both new developments and renovation projects. The Rollecate Group has over 650 employees spread across several locations. We provide the entire scope from design to maintenance, through engineering, manufacturing and assembly. Thanks to our own product development, engineering and test facilities we are able to realise the most demanding façade constructions. GROUP

7 Client: Eurocommerce, Deventer Main contractor: Visser & Smit Bouw Architect: VVKH Architecten System description: - Aluminum Unitised Curtain Wall system - Elements full floor span heigth - Prefabricated corner elements - Excellent insulation - Controlled drainage system per element and level - Horizontal compartments by using continuous horizontal EPDM gaskets - Very rapid and scaffold-less installation Details: - Special designed recessed vertical joints at the elements and triangular shared elements - Special designed corner elements have been incorporated to allow for compensation of building tolerances and deflections - Triangular shaped and pre-glazed elements have been installed under a detined angle - Curtian Wall on groundfloor level contain mega large glass units. The Curtain Wall has been connected to the main structure using tie-rods
