26 Implementation schedule and timetable We will create facility specific timetables / schedules covering July 2013 through March 2014 Schedule will create ownership and accountability through specific assignment of tasks Schedule will be the Steering Committee management tool Timetables will identify all aspects of implementation to include topics such as: Scheduling of vendor and payor calls Vendor testing Payor testing Employee surveys, education and testing Integrated testing Budgeting / forecasting 26
