2 NASDAQ OMX Nordic Market Data news subscription Nordic subscription service for Market Data The subscription service for NASDAQ OMX Nordic now also offers the possibility to subscribe for Nordic and Baltic Market Data information. The distribution of Global Data Products Nordic weekly newsletter to the Genium Consolid Feed Technical Contacts list will now migrate to this subscription service and to continue to receive this newsletter you will have to sign-up and select the market data information on categories: Market Data and IT-information. Information will be sent via the new channels from July13th, From August 16th, 2010 the Global Data Products Nordic Weekly Newsletter will only be distributed to subscribers via the online subscription tools on NASDAQ OMX Nordic and U.S Trader web sites. 3 NASDAQ OMX Nordic Markets up NASDAQ OMX Vilnius to start using the euro as the trading and clearing currency NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, part of the NASDAQ OMX Group on July 21st announced that it has decided to start using the euro as the trading and clearing currency for shares on its regulated market. This follows the Lithuanian customer feedback and the plan is to implement the new trading and clearing currency already this year, given market participant readiness. Preliminary production launch is November 8th, Trading in shares listed on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius will in the future only be conducted in euro. The Central Securities Depository of Lithuania will provide settlement of transactions in euro via TARGET2 system. Considering the change of the currency from litas to euro which is a larger currency in value, the current tick size will cause large price fluctuations (in percentage terms) for Lithuanian shares, especially for the penny shares. During the consultations with NASDAQ OMX Vilnius members it has been suggested to reduce tick size for NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Equities market from 0.01 to The implementation of new tick sizes would mean that both prices and settlement amounts for each trade would have additional decimal digits. Initiative to launch the single marketplace for trading Baltic equities in Euro currency discontinued Euro currency will be adopted in Estonia as of January 1st, 2011 and taking into consideration the future changes on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius the NASDAQ OMX Baltic exchanges have made a decision to discontinue the initiative to launch the single marketplace for trading Baltic equities in Euro currency under MTF legal framework. NASDAQ OMX Riga will also move along with its plan to introduce trading in the euro on its regulated equities market. The initiative was announced in Global Data Products Weekly Newsletter #

The Nordic Last Sale contains reference data, price, volume and applicable counterparty information for all trades executed at, or reported to, the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Markets, including trades reported to the NASDAQ OMX OTC Trade Reporting Facility. 5 Release Schedule 2010 SEPTEMBER September 27th Genium INET/Genium Consolid Feed - Volatility NASDAQ OMX Nordic will introduce Volatility Guards on its Nordic and Baltic equity markets to reduce the likelihood of trading incidents and to reduce the impact of sudden and extraordinary liquidity. Availability in our test facility, INET OTF and GCF4, is scheduled for mid August. Final configuration details on applied thresholds will be communicated by the end of August. A confirmed time schedule and more details on this initiative will be communicated in upcoming Newsletters. OCTOBER October 25th Genium INET for derivatives Release of new trading system that replaces current CLICK system. Genium INET pre-prod in GCF2 from August 5th, 2010 From August 5th, 2010 the current Genium INET Trading System test environment connected to GCF2 will be switched to Genium INET Pre-Production environment. This Pre-Production environment is for the release of Genium INET for derivatives with launch October 25th, Genium INET source in GCF3 with Nordic Fixed Income reference data from August 9th, 2010 A version of Genium INET Trading System with reference data for Nordic Fixed Income will be available in GCF3 from August 9th, The new Genium INET source will replace the current CLICK source in GCF3 with production data.
