GRM CORPORATE TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

1 As at 30 November 2012 Policyholder(s): GRM International Pty Limited, GRM Futures Group Pty Ltd and its/their subsidiary and related bodies corporate, as defined in the Corporations Law, controlled entities and other entities for which the Insured has assumed an obligation to arrange insurance (including those acquired or incorporated during the Period of Insurance) for their respective rights, titles and interests. Covered Person(s)/ Categories: A. Employees of the Policyholder including Accompanying Spouse/Partner and/or their Dependent Children. B. All Nominated Expatriates and Inpatriates of the Insured. Who is Covered? Coverage under this Policy applies whilst an insured person is engaged in a Journey (as defined below) undertaken on GRM s business, including any incidental private travel (as defined). Incidental Private Travel means travel which is private and taken either side of or during an authorised business trip. The incident travel portion must not exceed more than 60% of the trip in its entirety unless authorised by us. Coverage is included for your accompanying Spouse and Dependent Children, as defined below: SPOUSE means an Insured Person's husband or wife and includes a de-facto and/or life partner with whom an Insured Person has continuously cohabited for a period of three (3) months or more. DEPENDENT CHILDREN means an Insured Person's and their Spouse's unmarried dependent children (including step or legally adopted children) as long as they are under nineteen (19) years of age or under twenty-five (25) years of age while they are full-time students at an accredited institution of higher learning and in either case, are primarily dependent upon the Insured Person for maintenance and support. JOURNEY means a trip undertaken on the business of the Policyholder and/or authorised by the Policyholder provided such travel involves a destination fifty (50) kilometres or more from the Covered Persons normal place or business or residence and does not include normal daily travel between residence and place of business. Cover shall commence from the time a Covered Person leaves their normal place of residence or place of business, whichever is left last and they continue on a fulltime twenty-four (24) hour basis until they return to their normal place of residence or place of business, whichever occurs first. The maximum duration of any one trip is ninety (90) days. The Covered Person shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety and supervision of Baggage/Business Property, Electronic Equipment or Money/Travel Documents 2. AGE LIMIT cover under this policy in restricted to person(s) not more than 80 years of age. In relation to Permanent or Temporary Total Disablement, Permanent or Temporary Partial Disablement, Weekly Injury and Sickness the age limit is restricted to 75 years of age. 3. The policy does not provide cover for rendering of professional service in Australia for which a Medicare benefit is or would be payable in accordance with the Health Insurance Act War exclusion applies to the following countries: Afghanistan, Chad, Chechnya, Cote d Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Israel, Somalia and Sudan.
