5 Investment Professionals PAUL GERARD, Chairman of Princeton Global Asset Management, has over 35 years of investment experience. Paul earned a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a CFA Charterholder and has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 Examinations. He also holds memberships in the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA). Prior to forming Princeton Global Asset Management, Paul was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for BlackRock/Merrill Lynch Investment Management from 1986 to (Merrill Lynch Investment Management (MLIM) combined with BlackRock in 2006.) Paul was a member of the domestic Investment Policy and Strategy Committee and served as Chairman of the International Policy and Strategy Committee. Before joining MLIM in 1986, Paul was associated with Equitable Investment Management Corporation in New York for 13 years. ADOLF L. HERST is the President of Princeton Global Asset Management. In 1992 he founded First Princeton Asset Management LLC. He was President of A.L. Herst Associates, Inc. a Princeton, New Jersey based investment advisory firm he founded in 1972 that was acquired in 1992 by The Glenmede Corporation which established the Glenmede Trust Company of New Jersey. He initially served as the President of the Trust Company, and then in 1995 became Chairman of the Board. In 1998 Adolf retired from Glenmede but he has continued to be active in a variety of businesses, money management, and charitable endeavors. Adolf received a B.S. degree from Wilkes University in 1963 where he majored in commerce and finance. Adolf first became active on the Board of the Greenwood House, a not-for-profit Jewish home for the aged, in the early 1970 s and has been a very loyal advocate and supporter of the home ever since. He chaired the Campaign for Caring which raised 2.3 million dollars to help build the home s new Alzheimer wing and completely renovate the 25+ year facility. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Adolf chairs the investment committee of the Greenwood House Foundation Board whose mission is to build an endowment fund for the home. WALTER RUSSYK founded Princeton Global Asset Management and is its Chief Operating Officer. Walter earned B.A. degrees in Anthropology and Religious Studies from Rutgers University, and was a Ph.D. Candidate in Anthropology at Michigan State University. He has passed the NASD Series 7 and 66 Examinations. Prior to forming PGAM, Walter was a Portfolio Manager for BlackRock Private Investors. Walter joined BlackRock from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) when MLIM combined with BlackRock in He was a member of the Global and International Portfolio Teams, and served on the International Policy and Strategy Committee. Prior to joining MLIM Private Investors in 1999, he managed economic development projects in Africa and Asia for the US State Department, the United Nations and several non-profit organizations. Walter is fluent in French and speaks Russian, Thai and Khmer. JOEL HEYMSFELD is Princeton Global Asset Management s Chief Investment Officer. Joel earned a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration. Joel is a CFA Charterholder and has passed the NASD Series 1, 63, and 65 Examinations. He also holds memberships in the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Prior to joining PGAM, Joel was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Equity Funds Group of BlackRock. He joined BlackRock from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers when MLIM combined with BlackRock in Joel was a portfolio manager with MLIM since its formation in His experience includes managing portfolios of global, international, and U.S. equity and fixed income assets for mutual funds and private accounts for institutions and high net worth individuals. Between 1985 and 1995, Joel also chaired the Global Strategy Committee of the Private Investors Department, responsible for establishing the asset allocation and investment list for global equity portfolios. Joel joined the US Army in He served in Viet Nam from 1968 to 1969 and was awarded the Army Commendation and Good Conduct Medals.

6 Investment Professionals RONALD K. STRIBLEY, ManagingDirector,hasimplementedaninvestmentphilosophyfocusedonthe Value Style for over 30 years. During this period he developed and refined a systematic and disciplined investment process that seeks to find equities which have low Price to Earnings Ratios with tangible evidence of improving corporate fundamentals. He is the founder of Stribley Capital Management. Ron was a partner in The Ayco Company L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he created, implemented, and managed a Value Style Portfolio. Prior to joining Ayco, Ron was First Vice President for The Glenmede Trust Company, where he managed in excess of $2.5 Billion including the large capitalization US equity Pew Charitable Trust portfolio. Ron is a CFA Charterholder since 1975 and has passed the NASD Series 7 and 66 examinations. He received his BSBA degrees from Babson College and then served a tour of duty in Viet Nam with the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment and was awarded the Bronze Star. Following his honorable discharge as a 1st Lieutenant, he completed his Masters at Babson College. JEFFREY BAUMANN S career in the investment and financial service business spans a period of over 30 years. In January 2006, Jeffrey commenced consulting services for fixed income portfolios and for Princeton Global Asset Management since Jeffrey s primary responsibility includes advising investors in the management of fixed income portfolios for taxable and tax-exempt clients, serving both private and institutional markets. Prior to his current career, Jeffrey was a Director and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Management, responsible for the direct management and trading of fixed income portfolios with the institutional markets. As a senior portfolio manager, he handled over $1 billion in managed assets and participated in setting portfolio investment policies. Many of the portfolios, because of their size and scope, were specifically customized in accordance with the client s requirements. Before Merrill Lynch he was a Vice President and portfolio manager at National Westminster Bank. Jeffrey also served as an officer in the trust department at Bankers Trust Company which included portfolio management for trust and corporate portfolios. Jeffrey received his Finance degree from Florida International University and has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 examinations. DANIEL J. GOLDMAN, Managing Director, Business Development, has over 35 years of financial services experience serving the high net worth and institutional markets. Dan earned his BS in mathematics from UCLA, MBA from Fordham University and a post-masters certificate in finance from NYU. He has passed the NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 Examinations. He was trust officer at Chemical Bank, NY from 1973 to 1978 where he managed the Personal Financial Planning department. In 1978 he joined Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and served as director of sales and marketing as well as managing several of its senior portfolio management teams. He served as senior manager of Bear Stearns separately managed account department from 2001 to 2005 and as senior fixed income portfolio specialist at Wachovia Bank s Offit Investment Group before joining Princeton Global Asset Management in He served in Viet Nam with the United States Navy from 1968 to 1969.

7 JOHN M. KUZAN has over 35 years experience in the Investment Management industry. He served for over twenty years as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) Private Investors which subsequently merged into BlackRock Investment Advisors. He also served as Managing Director for Sovereign Advisors and Chairman of Titanium Asset Management. While at Merrill Lynch, he oversaw a department of 18 investment professionals and was responsible for the oversight and management of assets in excess of $10 billion. He also served as Chairman of the Fixed Income Strategy Committee, and co-authored the monthly Fixed Income Investment Commentary. His duties included liaison to the Investment Policy and Strategy Committee. John has a B. S. degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and received his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. John was MVP of the Middle Atlantic Football Conference for both offense and defense in 1968, and was inducted into the Drexel University Football Hall of Fame in John also served in the 157th Infantry Reserve Unit.
