7 2014 Expectations: Achieving Excellence 1. HB 5: Ensure an active PTA 2. Testing: Support a team approach to assessments 3. PK-2/Lexile Reports: Review PK-2/Lexile data with staff (Place equal importance on PK-2 as with 3-8) 4. Make Excellence a Habit: a) Place equal importance on progress as well as passing b) Know your prior year failers and plan for improvement c) Own your students from PK through post secondary and plan with your feeder campuses 5. Accountability: a) Review accountability requirements with staff b) Know your bubble students: both Passing and Advanced bubble c) Discuss with staff how you plan to meet the requirements for each Index 6. Crystal Enterprise: Know what data is available 7.
