Coordinate and ensure regular staffing of the Reference Desk by the Reference Department and the Circulation Desk by the Circulation Department. Supervise a staff of three professional librarians, two library assistants and numerous student assistants. Coordinate for-credit courses taught by the Library Director and other library staff. Design new courses and advocate for their approval by the law school s Curriculum Committee. Perform reference duties for faculty, staff, students, legal community and the general public and advise patrons on resources to use to find the needed information. Provide direction for the library publications, including the library's website, bibliographies, library user guides and the library's blog. Contribute to the ongoing development and fine tuning of the library's collection development policy. Participate as a member on Law School s Awards Committee. Responsible for the supervision and organization of the Circulation Department, including the supervision of two library staff members and approximately fourteen student employees. Responsible for the maintenance of the Law Library collection. Responsible for the development and maintenance of current awareness services to library patrons and staff, including research workshops, bibliographic instruction lectures, and computer-assisted legal research training. Developed and maintained relationships with the legal research and writing staff, library staff, technology personnel, career services personnel, Law Review members, Moot Court members, and clinic organizations at the schools.
