For your convenience, you can easily obtain this by visiting either of our websites, or and clicking on Missouri Fee Calculator or feel free to contact any of our offices. The following is a standard example of fees associated with a For Sale by Owner. SELLER FEES: 1. Owners Title Insurance and Search, Exam, Plant Fee are based on the sales price of the home. Presenting the previous title commitment or title policy, regardless of the issuing agent, will speed the process along. Please feel free to contact us for a quote or visit either of our websites. 2. There will a Closing Fee charged for the Settlement Services that are being provided. 3. The payoff to an existing Lender requires an overnight delivery fee and in turn a charge for each overnight delivery required. Also, the loan number, address, and phone number of the existing Lender(s) to be paid off must be provided to the closing agent. 4. Missouri law now requires Sellers to purchase a Closing Protection Letter or to sign a Notice of Unprotected Closing at closing. BUYER FEES: 1. Mortgage Title Insurance and Search, Exam, Work Fee will be determined once the contract is received by us and the lender s final loan amount is determined. 2. There will be a Closing fee charged for the Settlement Services that are being provided. 3. Filing/Recording fees for Warranty Deeds, Mortgage/Deed of Trust or any other recorded documents are based on the number of pages being recorded; the per page fee amounts are determined by the Recorder of Deeds office in the County that the property is located. We electronically record where available and an additional minimal charge will be added for recordings in those Counties that participate in e-filing. 4. Missouri law now requires a Closing Protection Letter to be purchased by the Buyer if your Lender request for us to issue said Letter or Lender and Buyer must sign a Notice of Unprotected Closing. 5. Depending on which endorsements your Lender requires there could be an additional fee for endorsements. 6. Courier fees to return the signed loan documents to the Lender will be incurred by the buyer to insure delivery of original documents in a timely manner. 7. The balance of fees associated with the loan process is disclosed to the Buyer from their Lender.
