1 1. INTRODUCTION This presentation aims to show schematically the structure of this business group, its policies, its business style as well as its service capacity. The group, which is formed by five business units which are able to function independently or in a coordinated way as an integral element of a multidisciplinary and multi-sector group, is characterised by its high level of specialisation in those activities considered nuclear and which constitute the essence of the value chain. Human Resources training With a business policy dedicated to service and a client-based approach, this group makes a continuous effort to generate value and develop sustainable competitive advantages as the foundation of its differentiation. Our capacity to offer to the market an integral service, which is efficient, dynamic and flexible, is one of our main differentiating elements. This, on the one hand, permits us to carry out turnkey projects and, on the other hand, makes possible personalised attention to the client's expectations with a high degree of specialisation in the different areas of service. 2 2. ORGANISATION The organisation of this business group is the fundamental element that facilitates high efficiency, dynamism and flexibility. Each of the elements that make up the group has a specific organisation centred on its nuclear functional areas and its operation is totally integrated into the general organisation, which has been designed to enable corporate management of the group. Horizontal management is its most outstanding added value, as it makes possible an important synergy between the different functional areas and avoids inflexibility caused by the existence of stagnation between these areas. This organisational style facilitates and optimises information and communication with the client, and also ensures efficient and effective planning, organisation and management of the different areas of specialisation which, in a coordinated way, can participate in the provision of an integral service.
