It is recommended by the Superintendent of Schools that the Board of Education approve the revised Board Secretary s Report (A-148) for the month of June Explanation: The Board Secretary Report has been revised to include the write-off of PO (Board approved on 6/18/14) in the amount of $3,490.00, the recognition of accounts receivable revenue for a Pre-K Autistic student received from North Haledon School District in the amount of $71,542.93, and the rollover of Accounts Payable and Encumbrances into the 2014/2015 fiscal year. These revisions do not impact cash balances previously reported on the Treasurer s Report for June 30, Hence, no changes are required to the June 30, 2014 Treasurer s Report. 5. It is recommended by the Superintendent of Schools that the Board of Education certify that for a period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 after a review of the revised Secretary s Monthly (A-148) report appropriations section, and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials that, to the best of our knowledge, no major account or fund has been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A: (a), and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. 6. It is recommended by the Superintendent of Schools that the Board of Education approve the disposal of a Canon PC-720 Copier Tag #1195 and a Hewlett Packard Scan Jet 3P flat bed scanner from the Superintendent s office. 7. It is recommended by the Superintendent of Schools that the Board of Education approve the purchase of 135 Academic Microsoft Office 2013 Licenses as per CDW-G Quote #FMCM118 Contract MRESC OP#65MCESCCPS for a total of $7,

Executive Session It is recommended by the Superintendent of Schools that the Board of Education go into Executive Session to conduct interviews for the position of Interim Superintendent of Schools/Principal of the Samuel R. Donald School and other personnel matters. Action will not be taken during the closed session.
