4 I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION & LOCATION 1. Town Bieruń, Turyńska Street national road no 44, Bieruńsko- Lędziński District, Silesian Province. 1. Owner of property: The Treasury- Agency of Agricultural Property Site Division in Opole, ul. 1-go Maja 6, OPOLE, phone: , fax: Neighbourhood specification - offered localization is delimited in the area by already existing communication lay-out - national road nr 44 Gliwice - Oświęcim, Railway siding Fiat Auto Poland, stream Stawowy and forest. It composes isolated area, separated from the nearest habitation buildings by fields and forest: There are big forest complexes from northern&eastern side. The nearest habitation buildings have dispersed character. The distance is about m. Build-up area of the Old Town is located in the west. The distance is about 1000m. 4. Neighborhood (neighbor s objections hazard) - The land is delimited by existing communication lay-out (railway track & national road) and there is no potential neighbor s objections hazard. 5. The offered ground has an area of 38,4847 ha that is located within the Katowice Special Economic Zone 6. Building restrictions : For a small part of ground (about 3%), there is a necessity of protection of objects against impact of underground mining works (I mining category). The cost of this protection is covered by Mining Company S.A. 7. Ecological purity of ground on tests basis, made by Bieruń Community it appears, that soil in offered land is pure. 8. Proposed Location 1 and 2 can be characterized by: The subsoil consists of series bearing & low-compressible, medium as well as fine sands. There are locally interbeddings of more compressible and plastic consistency medium -bearing loams and silts, as well as of very compressible and low- bearing organic soils. Free level of ground water normally occurs in the depth of 1,2 4,0 m. Town Council of Bieruń provides Geotechnical documentation for the offered ground (2003year). II. Existing infrastructure: 1. Electricity - There is unlimited capability for supply electric energy from Substation GPZ 110/20 kv Urbanowice (distance in meters from the pointed area is about 2800m) or from the transformer station (switching station 20 kv), situated by Homera building estate (distance is about 1500m). There is also possibility of parallel electric feed. 2. Water supply - Connection point for water supply is at pipeline located along Turyńska street (DK-44) in the distance of about 400 m. Size of pipe 600 mm. In the neighborhood there are 3 pumping stations (together with surge tanks) and there is a possibility to use this water for technological proposes.

5 3. Natural gas the nearest connection point into gas network is at the reduction measurement station I 0, placed at Wylotowa street. Distance in meters is about 500. There is no limitation in gas supply. High-pressure gas pipeline has been conducted along the north border of offered land. 4. Telecommunication infrastructure The concentrator is placed in the centre of Bieruń town, in the distance of 1000 m. Along the Krakowska street there is fibre-optic cable, which provides unlimited data transmission possibility. 5. Rain water discharge by drainage ditches, into Ściernie and Stawowy stream. 6. Sewage system in the distance of about 4 km there is municipal sewage- treatment plant. It is also possible to build a local container sewage-treatment plant. 7. Heating supply- The heat-generating plant of Fiat Auto Poland company is located in neighbourhood. III. TRANSPORT & COMMUNICATION. 1. Distances and approximate passage times to: railway tracks a railway leading to Fiat Auto Poland neighbours with offered land. It is technically feasible to extend the railway siding to pointed area, but it can be done after the ownership rights of the neighbour s areas has been put in order.
