TURPAK Vehicle ID Solution Solution Overview for Oil Companies

Agenda RFID Wireless Architecture Components Installation Recruiting & Issuing Security Summary

RFID Wireless Advantages Proven solution, large install base Best loyalty program, increases market share Reduces theft, drive-offs & charge backs Sell value added services with Canpass Plus Advanced service, branding and image Fast deployment, launch & fleets recruiting Increased influence on dealers

RFID - System Architecture Op*onal TURPAK HO server TURPAK Head Office (Cards server module) Fleet manager Authoriza*on en*ty issuer / loyalty server MWGT Card Authorization RPTag Network fuelospeed w- nozzle RPR- M Canpass POS / FCC (TURPAK or 3 rd party)

RFID System for ADNOC Op*onal TURPAK HO server TURPAK Head Office (Cards server module) Fleet manager Authoriza*on en*ty issuer / loyalty server MWGT Card Authorization RPTag Network fuelospeed w- nozzle RPR- M Canpass POS FCC (DOMS)

Transaction Process Highlights Pre-authorization transaction (typically) Normally closed dispensers FCC / POS send transactions as if from payment terminal Vehicle tag (fuelospeed) options: Emulate fuel / payment card encrypted tracks 1 & 2 Transaction is card transaction

Tag Reader Preferred mode is normally closed pumps Can be only in the RFID Island / dispenser Several methods to work with N.O. pumps: Tag reader & driver tag to close pump Push button on pump to close pump Traffic light indication on pump Green Vehicle approved for fueling Red Vehicle is not approved

Components fuelospeed Passive RFID chip with antenna High security level Efficient removal protection Varity of coils for various fuel inlets & vehicles Tracks 1&2 data formats fuelospeed fuelospeed kit for heavy vehicles

Components Canpass Connects to the vehicle bus Canpass For heavy vehicles J1708, J1939, FMS For light vehicles Both options support Pulses input ucanpass for light vehicles (OBDII) CAN Bus (black), K-line / M-OBD (red) Retrieves the following data: Unique identifier Odometer & engine hour

Canpass Plus Enhanced fleet control for fleet managers Monitor and track vital OBD parameters*: Driver s behavior and safety Maintenance related information Fuel related Parameter examples: Idle Time, Error codes, Speeding, over RPM, Fuel Consumed, Fuel Level, Aux1&2, and PTO * Limited by availability of parameters in the various vehicle types & models

Levels of Fleet Services fuelospeed Vehicle identification for fueling, idle for B2C fuelospeed + Canpass Adding Odometer & Engine Hours, typical fleet fuelospeed + Canpass Plus Added parameters for advance fleet management

Components w-nozzle Self contained transponder Battery life expectancy 3 years LED indication Variants for different nozzles: w-nozzle, w-nozzle -H, w-nozzle -T ATEX approval RPR-Pipe and RPR-Spout Compact unit with various kits Replaceable battery pack

Components MWGT Forecourt wireless network High availability Mesh system Encrypted communication Two types: PWGT (Router) MWGT (Master) wireless network access point Packaging Indoor / In the dispenser box Sealed outdoor box Pump installation Outdoor Box

Admin MWGT Single access point to MWGT network: View station status and w-nozzle battery level Configuration and set up Maintenance and logs SW upgrade to all components: MWGT, RPR-N, Canpass Can be access from any browser over TCP/IP Access locally or remotely

Fleet Head Office Set limits & restrictions per vehicle / group Alerts on exuding consumption or fueling Remote web access, also for fleet managers Reports

Station Installation w-nozzles fit on large range of nozzles Flexible mounting options for MWGTs In the pump On top of the pump On a wall or pole In the store (MWGT) No equipment above 2m

Vehicle Units Installation fuelospeed 5-10 minutes installation time Selection of coils for various light/heavy vehicles Tag glued or connected with one way screw FuelOspeed (in testing) <1 minute installation by non-expert

Vehicle Units Installation Canpass-2 (light vehicles OBD) <1 minute installation time Canpass (Heavy vehicles J1708/1939) 5-20 minutes installation time Harness for quick connection to vehicle

Vehicle Units Issuing Portable, handheld issuer (RFID Programmer) Flexible installation modes: Installation centers At the customer fleet s site In the gas station Benefits: Accelerates time to market On the spot issuing, programming Blank units High security and tight control on process

Issuing system Rap Encryptor Installation center (one of many) Canpass Rap Issuer Network TURPAK Security & Encryption Server Issuer Canpass fuelospeed Head Office server fuelospeed Rap Programmer

Security Vehicle Units Card data in the fuelospeed chip is encrypted with diversified 3DES key Chip holding card info is destroyed when removed fuelospeed and Canpass are coupled (fueling only when both are present)

Security Station fuelospeed reading only after authentication Card data is read & sent encrypted in 3DES MWGT wireless network is AES128 encrypted

Security Issuing Highlights Issuing is online only, fully controlled from server Unauthorized fuelospeed issuing is not possible fuelospeed cloning is not possible Rap/RFID-Programmer security card data is sent from server 3DES encrypted Full tracking & management of devices & users Authenticate vehicle units before issuing Installer can t view, alter or decrypt secure data

Strengths & Advantages Passive vehicle tags, fast & easy installation Durable nozzle unit, fits all nozzle types Highly reliable wireless mesh network Modular and scalable, units can be added: Easy, remote maintenance to all components All vehicle types, Plug-in unit for OBDII Advance fleet management with vehicle data Fast customer recruiting, anywhere anytime Temp range to +70/+80 C, EU certifications
