After 6 years I changed from Associate of large regional law firm where I practiced in commercial litigation, construction, property, estates and planning and environment to a position of Principal Advisor with Main Roads for Development in Northern District. This is primarily a planning role involved in infrastructure development sets of parental leave between 4-12 months each. Have worked parttime for last 7 years. 47 Maternity leave for the past 6 months - to continue for another 6 months. Currently being arranged to work some hours from home whilst on maternity leave.
