1 ROLE DESCRIPTION Role: Reports to: Project Manager Client Management System Chief Information Officer Role Family: Management Level: 4 Organisational Context: Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is one of the largest non-government providers of disability services in NSW, providing a range of services to people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. These include accommodation, therapy, technology, employment, community access and support. Services currently operate in a highly decentralised model through 70 separate outlets. CPA s corporate offices are based at Allambie Heights. Their primary function is to provide the organisation with the necessary resources and support that will assist all operational areas to achieve CPA s overall mission and strategic direction. Purpose, Nature and Scope of the Role: Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) have chosen to implement Salesforce as their new CRM or Client Relationship Management System (CMS), and require a highly accomplished Project Manager to lead the implementation. The organisation-wide adoption of Salesforce as a Client Management System is critical to the ongoing success and growth of CPA. The CMS Project Manager is responsible for the management and successful completion of the project. They will oversee and have accountability for all aspects of the project. They will rely on their extensive experience to effectively plan and monitor project progress, leading the project team to deliver project outcomes and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximise engagement. They will lead the training, implementation and change management activities to drive high and quick adoption of the CMS amongst employees, with the aim to create value and realise project benefits. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Values Essential: Demonstrated experience in implementing major projects Strong leadership skills to lead project resources effectively Influential communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Demonstrated Change Management expertise Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget using project management techniques and tools, including the following: o Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule to monitor progress o Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate change control techniques o Proactively manage project risks and issues

2 o o o o Measure and report on project performance Manage project team resourcing availability and allocation Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Create and maintain project documentation Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Client-centric approach with a passion to create value for both internal and external clients Experience facilitating workshops and ability to demonstrate consensus building skills Ability to learn quickly, work independently and think creatively Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies A relevant degree and at least 5 years project management experience Desirable: Experience implementing ICT or systems projects Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems Formal project management qualifications (PMBoK / PRINCE2) Ability to operate within an Agile framework NFP experience Organisational Relationships and Staff Establishment: The role reports to the Chief Information Officer, who in turn reports to the Chief Operations Officer.
