8 Transition, Employment and TAP Key to Reintegration VA provides the mandatory VA Benefits I & II Briefings and the optional Career Technical Track Training (CTTT) for transitioning Servicemembers. Transition Assistance Program 5 Learning Hubs VECI Transition Policy Academies ALP Over 55K TAP events held in FY15, with nearly 520K attendees Almost 1,300 TAP classes outside the continental U.S., with over 23K attendees. VA is constructing a VA Benefits briefing tailored to the reserve component. Workshops being revised to offer apprenticeship, OJT and training information toward gainful employment.
