12 NAVIGATION The Social Media Policy Business Use of Social Media Moderator s Roles & Responsibilities ensure content is up-todate ensure information is appropriate & accurate remove any post that is false, disrespectful, abusive, hateful, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening or invasive of someone else's privacy and keep a written record of all such postings deny access to users who post inappropriate or offensive comments quick response (within 48 hours of receiving the communication) remove any commercial posting made by any company or business that has not received prior approval.
