2 APPLICATION TYPE TEST Industrial Process Plants ANT-V: Reliable, safety switchgear Hundreds of ANT s Switchboards have been supplied to industrial factories. ANT-V siwtchboards are designed, fabricated and quality controlled to ensure that a continued and reliable supply of electricity is meet industrial needs at all time ANT s switchboards have been verfified and tested by ASTA s accredited laboratories, ka Testing Facilitites (UK) and Damstra laboratory (The Netherlands), to the following IEC Requirements: LV Switchgear & Controlgear Degree of Protection Resistance to Salt mist Resistance to Damp heat IEC -& (00) IEC 0 IEC 00-- IEC These tests apply to the ANT Switchgear 00A with a short circuit rating 0kA/s and 0kA peak current. Vertical busbar 00A is tested to 0kA/s. Highest degree of protection: IP. Form of internal Separation: Form b. Residential & Commercial Buildings ANT-V: Ready-to-install switchgear Commercial and residential high rise buildings require specialized switchgear for power and distribution to meet business and household needs respectively. ANT-V switchboards are built compact, ready to install, quick respose installation and commisioning time, easy application, maintenance, safety as well as save space. Airports & Seaports ANT-V: for all conditions and environments The new standard IEC requires additional tests which were not included in the previous IEC 0 standard. They include corrosion resistance, properties of insulation material, heat resistance, resistance to UV radiation, lifting, mechanical impact and marking. ANT s switchboards have been verified and certificated in accordance with the new IEC to ensure that the ANT-V be able to operate in all conditions and environments Roads & Tunnels ANT-V: Corrosion resistant switchgear The verification of type tests and certifications by ASTA, KEMA is a strong testament of quality of the ANT-V switchboards. Rigid structures of module sections, up to type b form of insulation to prevent accidental short-circuit. The option to use stainless steel frames deter corrosion attacks to the structures. Type test. Strength of material and parts (clause 0.). Resistance to corrosion (clause 0..) Test is applicable to metalic enclosures and metallic supports of the Assemblies, consists of : cycles of h each to damp heat cycling test according to IEC at (0 ±) oc and relative humidity of % and cycles of h each to salt mist test according to IEC 00--, at temperature of (±)oc. ANT-V has passed the test to ensure that the products can used in any treated environments.. Resistance of insulating materials to abnormal heat and fire due to internal electric effects (clause 0...) The busbar supports and insulation parts will be glow wire tested following IEC 0--0 to verify the suitability of materials. The temperature of tip of glow-wire will be 0oC for parts necessary to retain current-carrying parts in position and 0oC for other parts, including parts necessary to retain to protective conductor.. Lifting test (clause 0..) The test with. times of maximum shipping weight of the switchboards to verify the panels shall shiw no deflections and show no cracks or permanent distortions visible to normal or corrected vision without additional magnification, which could impair any of its characteristics.. Marking test (clause 0..) The test is made by rubbing the marking by hand for s with a piece of cloth soaked in water and then for s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit.. Degree of protection (clause 0.) Test carried out to prove that the assembly achieves its specified degree of protection. ANT-V switchboards have achieved an external rating up to IP and form b internal separation.. Clearance and creepage distances (clause 0.) Clearance and creepage distance have been verified for 000V, 0Hz in ANT-V switchboards.. Protection against electric shock and integrity of protective circuits (clause 0.) The exposed conductive parts of the ANT-V switchboards were tested by a number of measurements for the effetiveneas of the connection to the protecive circuits. The framework and all the panels, doors are effetivelly connected to the frame. Acontinous protective copper bar conductor is bolted to the bottom of the assembly. The short circuit withstand strength of the protective circuit has been tested to levels correcsponding to those of the busbar systems. Dielectric properties (clause 0.) ANT-V switchboards are passed both two tests which are an impulse withstand voltage test and a power frequency withstand voltage test, following clause 0.. and 0.. with conformance without puncture or flashover.. Temperature-rise limits (clause 0.0) ASTA has carried out tests on completed ANT s switchboardsto prove that the temperature rise inside the switchboard did not exceed the values specified in the standard.. Short-circuit withstand strength (clause 0.) The ANT-V Switchboards have been tested. The following short-circuit levels have been obtained at the laboratories of ASTA. - Rated short-time withstand current Icw: uo to 00kA in s and 0kA in s. - Rated peak withstand current Ipk: up to 0kA.. Electromagnetic compatibility (clause 0.) The ANT-V Switchboards have been verified in accordance with IEC, clause 0. to be free from EMC emission and immune to EMC disturbance.. Mechanical opearation (clause 0.) Each circuit breaker was opearated 00 times. And each withdrawable air circuit breaker withstood 00 cycles of mechanical operation form connected to disconnected position and back to the connected position. The breakers used in the Type tested Switchboards are verified by the above tests and had not impaired and had practically the same effort for operation as before the test.

5 TECHNICAL FEATURES TECHNICAL INFORMATION Ingress Protection (IP) All switchgears enclosures are bounded by ingress protection levels set by IEC/BS EN 0. The standard classifies the extent to which an enclsoure will resist the ingress of solid bodies and water under designated tests.
