7 INFORMATION Cataract and Refractive Surgery Congress DATE Friday, February 21, :00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday, February 22, :00 am to 12:00 noon LOCATION 900 NW17th Street Miami, FL COURSE DESCRIPTION Designed for general ophthalmologists, cornea, cataract and refractive specialists, this meeting focuses on new strategies and technologies that will help the clinical and surgical practices of cornea, cataract and refractive surgeons. The program will include video and discussion of the management of difficult cataract surgery cases; presentation of femtosecond laser technology (advantages, disadvantages and new applications), and discussion of complicated refractive surgery cases and their management. Program will also provide an update on common medical and surgical treatments for corneal and ocular surface diseases. COURSE OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to: Interpret results of corneal topography for refractive surgery screenings Identify different IOLs for the treatment of cataract and refractive error, and analyze their indications and complications Incorporate new femtosecond laser technology for the treatment of cataract and refractive error, and analyze their indications and complications Provide a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of common corneal and ocular surface diseases

Conference fees include conference materials, continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, refreshment breaks, and cocktail reception. CANCELLATION POLICY Conference tuition, less $100 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is received on or before January 21, Cancellations received on or after January 22, 2014 will not be refunded.
