2 CLIENT S PROF ILE lient is a leading supplier of cosmetics and beauty care products to retail chains in the United States. Click Labs partnered with the company to develop a Field Sales Management solution for the sales representatives to interact with the retail partners and sales managers in a much more efficient manner. BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS Keep track of Sales Representatives and scheduling assignments for them. Make the interaction between Sales Representatives and retail partners more efficient by allowing access to the customer interaction and order history increasing the retention rate. Allow sales representatives access the marketing collateral and product brochures in the field by interacting with the sales CRM. Order Management through integration with SAP. Monitor performance of sales representatives. Analyse business transactions and sales.
3 CHALLENGES The client wanted to increase sales and minimise the costs by integrating a new technology for sale representative management with their traditional approaches. Although they were using ERP system and Sales CRM for other departments, field sales representatives who were their most critical link to the retail partners were left on their own without any field level access to the data. Click Labs suggested its Click Suite Sales Rep solution after learning the requirements with some customizations to ensure smooth integration with their current system of doing things. Click Suite Sales Rep Solution helps sales representatives schedule their day, access critical information in the field, access marketing collateral and place orders directly in the field while the Sales Managers can access retailer level, sales rep level and overall KPI s, schedule engagements with retailers and manage the lifecycle of the retail partners from a centralised admin panel. Through real time information of the location of sales reps and the description of the jobs, management becomes easier and sales representatives have everything they need in their pockets making the whole process much more efficient.
4 ASSIGN & MANAGE SCHEDULES INFORMATION & RETAIL HISTORY BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Manage manual, interactive or automatic scheduling processes with complete control. Get optimised driving directions built on the Google Maps API interface for efficient target achievement. The sales reps have access to information and market collaterals in a knowledge base in an easy to comb format and are able to access prior engagement information for all the allocated retail partners. Track performance of sales representatives with the help of graphical data representing location history and sales history. Customize dashboards to keep track of KPIs.
