27 Kick-off Meeting Reimbursement If selected to receive a grant, travel and hotel expenses are expected to be covered by the educational grant you receive. If not selected for a grant, AMGF will reimburse coach airfare and ground transportation up to $800, and two night s hotel for two people. We ask that you cover expenses for additional team members.
