6 Pre-enrolment Information The International College of Beauty Therapy and Hair ensures that prospective students are provided with all relevant information regarding the courses offered prior to enrolment. Information provided is as listed below: Student selection, enrolment and orientation procedures Fees and charges,including refund policy Appeals and grievances procedures Disciplinary procedures Selection and Pre-enrolment Procedure The International College of Beauty Therapy and Hair will ascertain that throughout the process of selection and admission applicants are treated reasonably, considerately and promptly. Selection requirements include: Good health Demonstrate a caring and patient nature Have a strong interest in beauty therapy Be very well groomed To enrol, prospective students are required to complete and submit the application form. Face-to-face interviews of all applicants are done at the Academy by tutors. Successful applicants who meet the entry requirements will be given acceptance letters confi rming their place in the chosen course. Entry Requirements All applicants must have completed a minimum of 3 years at secondary education level. Domestic applicants must be at least 16 years of age and international applicants must be at least 18 years of age. International applicants must have a high standard of English language of IELTS 5.0 or equivalent. International students must have a student permit to study the course at International College of Beauty and Hair NZ.
