Product Description In order to provide the best possible deliverability tool set, Eloqua has partnered with the world s leading provider, Return Path. The combination of Eloqua and Return Path provides the most powerful testing and reputation management tools accessible right from within your marketing automation platform. General deliverability including international mailbox tests Spam content check client preview tests Reputation and blacklist monitoring Your reputation is everything ISPs make filtering decisions primarily based on a sender s mailing IP reputation. Every ISP blocks and filters differently, but what they share in common is that they all determine what gets into the inbox and what does not. Most of these filtering decisions are based on a sender s reputation, and a poor reputation means your will get blocked or sent directly to the SPAM folder. The good news is that as the sender, you are in complete control of your own reputation. The silver package provides a single dedicated IP address to give you complete control over your own sender reputation and brand. The silver package includes: Up to 3 branded bounceback domains Establish a sending domain with ISP s Apply your branding to all headers Gain distinction from shared range domains One (1) dedicated IP address Establish a distinct sender reputation Get protection from IP issues caused by other senders Branded DNS Enjoy protection from shared domain blocks Isolate your IP s brand from everyone elses Branded images and links Create comprehensive content branding Apply consistent branding across content and headers, helping to avoid being flagged as a phishing suspect. Domain key / DKIM support Domain Key Identified Mail (DKIM) digitally signs s with your organization s domain name to provide brand protection against forgery. Spread volume across IP addresses to reduce the likelihood of triggering volume spamblocks.
