Chage maagemet is a process for egagig people at all levels i the orgaizatio s trasitio to a desired future. Its goal is to esure that people are both willig ad able to adopt the ecessary ew behaviors while lettig go of those that are o loger appropriate. Chage maagemet is ot a commuicatios pla; commuicatios is a vital compoet of a effective chage maagemet program, but it is o substitute. Chage maagemet is far broader; it is a comprehesive, systematic, prove methodology that ecompasses the people side of makig chage happe all the myriad orgaizatioal ad behavioral adjustmets (e.g., workforce plaig, learig ad developmet) that ot oly accommodate large ad small busiess trasformatios, but sustai them over the log haul.
