Judicial Coordinator. Alegro is a mobile telecommunications company. Starting as an External Lawyer, in January 2008 I became the Senior Attorney Director (Gerente Jurídico) of the company. This activity involved to be the Advocate of the company, from simple (consumers, labor matters and government relations), to important (commercial, arbitration, and criminal) cases. My activity also included to supervise the work of the external Advocates, and support other internal areas, in order to prevent legal problems. In January 2010, I became the General Attorney of the company, supervising 10 Advocates and representing the company in all civil cases (arbitration, commercial, consumers and Intellectual Property), moreover criminal cases, labor cases, taxation, and public contracts. Furthermore, my activities included to be the Legal Assistant of the Executive President and the Directory Board (main body of the company), and also of other important areas of the company such as Technical, Commercial, Human Resources, and Financial Affairs. On July 2010 the company became part of the Public Telecommunications Company of the Government of Ecuador. The work of the Legal area to achieve this was crucial, and nowadays the Legal problems are rather to be easy. In charge of these very important positions (Senior Attorney Director, General Attorney, and today the Judicial Coordinator in the public enterprise), my greatest achievement is to make the Legal Department the filter between all the executive work of the company and the final decisions taken by the Executive President. The most important activity of the project was to build the software for the juridical information of the Andean Court of Justice, making restrictive searches by key words, technical names, type of Law and Article. In addition, the electronic organization and classification of all the juridical information produced by the Andean Court of Justice, was made in order to facilitate and accelerate the work of the Court and disseminate the information externally. The entire experience gather in this job helped me to accumulate an important amount of knowledge in the international law economic and trade matters.
