Keares was awarded the Luxury of Installing 1.56MW of Solar on 6 Separate Giants in the tri-state area. Keares Electrical Contracting teamed up with Real Goods Solar to make this install a success. AET Rayport ballasted roof mount racking system was used for the quickness and ease of install. All while using a highly efficient and cost effective solar panel. Satcon Inverters were used at each site. Satcon is known for the high efficient solar inverter helping to make this project extremely efficient and a must have for any commercial solar installation. Aside from the monetary saving these solar installations over the course of 25 years will help the environment in numerous ways. Keares Electrical contracting is willing and able to complete any type of Solar installation. Residential is one of the many divisons of solar that we specialize in. Phillipsburg residence is a 10.1 kw roof mount located on the southerly exposed roofs of this barn. Using 43 Sharp 235 Watt Solar Panels in conjunction with Enphase Micro inverter to create an overwhelmingly efficient array. Lafayette Square is a recently developed neighborhood in Sadsbury Pennsylvania. Two solar Arrays were installed on the new homes in the neighborhood. Combined together these arrays will produce 40.48kW of Solar Energy. Typical Asphalt shingle racking with highly efficient panels made this installation a quick and cost effective benefit to the new homes of this neighborhood. McGee Residence Located in Bridgeport, PA. Chose Keares for the solar Install of 7.2 kw. This job was and integrated roof and shed mounted system. Lower Moreland High School, Pine Road school and Murray Avenue Schools were selected for the installations. The use of highly efficient Sharp 240 Watt panels mounted on SunLink ballasted roof mount hardware. All of the panels tied into Satcon Inverters. These Large systems were a success due to the great teamwork between Keares and Vanguard Energy Partners. Completing this project was difficult due to planning around student arrival and dismals from each site. With the job fully completed LMSD can enjoy the free energy and environmental benefits. Keares recently installed 363.3kW of Solar on the Athletic training facility at Gettysburg College. Keares worked tirelessly to complete this project on a tight time frame. Numerous factors came into play which made this project a major success. Coordination with the college was extremely important due to high levels of student foot traffic entering and exiting the building. The most important component of the Gettysburg installation was student and worker safety. This Array encompasses four separate rooftops and 1,276 Solar Panels. The installation went off without any issues and was completed in the allotted time frame. Allowing Gettysburg to save money as well as the environment. Keares was awarded four solar installations through Real Goods Solar. The locations included three schools and a mixed-use development. Springside School: 144kW Ancillae Assumpta Academy: 97.2kW Delaware Valley Friends School 84.6kW Sycamore Hill Farm Development: 37kW Springside School was the largest of the installations which included working around an existing solar array and the use of a large metal standing seam roof. The use of S-5 Clips help to speed up installation times and limit the amount of racking needed. Each of these locations are currently enjoying free electricity and environmental benefits. 14 Moravian Academy Location Bethlehem, PA System Size 1.29MW Panel Type.Hanwha 280 Watt Inverter..Hill-Phoenix Racking..AET Ground Mount Dedicated to Green Education! Keares recently completed the installation of Moravian Academy Solar Farm. Keares partnered with Real Goods Solar to install a 1.29MW solar farm in just 10 Weeks! The Moravian Academy Solar Farm is Keares largest single site installation. Constant communication from installers and management allowed for a quick, clean, and efficient installation process. Keares implemented the use of a directional bore for the AC side of the system. The directional bore gave Keares the ability to run AC conduit underground without cutting up the landscape with convention trenching techniques. This was an advantage that helped speed up installation times as well as preventing excess sediment run off and erosion. 15 The Philadelphia Installs Location Philadelphia, PA System Size 39.5kW Panel Type.Canadian Solar Inverter..SMA Racking..UniRac Changing the Philadelphia Skyline! Keares recently completed the installation of solar arrays on three separate buildings in the Philadelphia Area. Keares teamed-up with SolareAmerica to make this project a success. These solar buildings are located on Passyunk and Wharton Street in downtown Philadelphia. Wharton Street was the most difficult installation of the three. It was difficult because the building was being converting into an apartment complex. The owner wanted each tenant to have solar power. This would force us to use six separate inverters, and six separate meters. Overall the installation was extremely easy due to the communication between Keares, SolareAmerica, and the other tradesmen used for building rehab. Not only will this project save the tenants money, but it will also have environmental benefits over the next 25 years. Equivalent to burning: 3,683 Gallons of Gasoline Reducing Green house gas by: 32.8 Metric Tons It will prevent: 11.4 Tons of waste from entering landfills

16 Rt. 44 Highway Project Location Carver, MA System Size 99kW Panel Type.Suniva 300Watt Inverter..Solectria PVI Racking..TerraSmart One of a Kind! Keares recently completed the installation of solar arrays the Northern side of MA RT 44. The array will provide power for the North Carver Municipal Water Authority. SolareAmerica and Keares Teamed-up on this project to make it a success. The project Schedule was particularly short because the original installer backed out. Keares and Solare Had just six weeks to design, coordinate, and install. This project was particularly tough due to the remote location of the site. Coordination with Keares and SolareAmerica was crucial to complete the system in the short time frame of 6 weeks. This is only the 1st phase of the project. The Next installation is planned for 2013 and will add approximately more Kilowatts. Over the Next 20 Years this array will save: Equivalent to burning: 9,518 Gallons of Gasoline Reducing Green house gas by: 84.9 Metric Tons It will prevent: 29.6 Tons of waste from entering landfills
