Thanks to MultiTrader and MyAxiory, our clients have an environment where they can easily manage accounts and make informed choices about strategies that have gone through the process of verifying, analyzing and testing. All in one unique place! WHAT IS MULTITRADER? MultiTrader is an online platform that connects investors to traders. Strategies are transferred through an automated system directly to the investor s account.

2 HOW IT WORKS Once you click the Invest button in MyAxiory, the strategy provider in MultiTrader is connected with your Axiory trading account. Every trade that happens on your account is automatically transferred to the Forex market using our high speed liquidity. If your strategy makes a transaction (e.g. BUY EUR/USD) then your account will do the same within milliseconds and send this order to the market. When a trade is closed by the strategy provider, your account then closes this same order as well. QUALITY STRATEGIES Axiory and MultiTrader s goal is to only keep the best strategies in their environment, thereby helping you to become successful in the FX market. Before a strategy goes public, it first needs verification from Multitrader that it has at least 6 months of trading history on a real account. Afterwards, it must pass through the verifying, analyzing and testing process. VERIFYING, ANALYZING AND TESTING STRATEGIES Before offering any strategy to its clients, MultiTrader Inc. verifies and deeply analyses the strategy results. They make direct contact with the strategy s trader and access the trader s real account using the investor password, this verifies the results without an intermediary. MultiTrader further requires the trader to fill in the strategy s description, money and risk management in detail for investors. Moreover, MultiTrader Inc. creates a special account for the strategy and reserves the period for one or more months to test its technical functionality. Every strategy must also pass through an approval procedure. This is where trading analysts filter out the strategies that do not meet the basic requirements for risk and money management. DAILY MONITORING Axiory, in cooperation with Multi Trader Inc., monitors each strategy s performance on a daily basis. MultiTrader Inc. stays in close contact with the strategy s trader, does routine updates to the strategy s information and passes messages from the trader to clients from when necessary.

3 HELPFUL CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING STRATEGIES The choice of which strategy to choose from is entirely under your control. Strategies can differ by various parameters. Here are some basic definitions that you may find useful to know when deciding. Max DD [%] This is the maximum drawdown experienced in a strategy s history on closed positions. Drawdown is the peak-to-trough decline during a specific record period of an investment. It measures the largest drop that the strategy has had from peak (top) to trough (bottom) in its history. Trading history - MultiTrader Inc. accepts only strategies with a history of 6 months or more. Depending on your preferences, you can try a strategy with a longer history or something completely new. Type - There are strategies that make several trades a day, we call these intraday strategies. Those that make fewer trades in a month and hold positions open longer are known as long term strategies. A swing strategy falls in the middle of these two. Minimal deposit - This is the minimal amount of money that a single strategy can trade. It must be kept to this number to ensure the proper functioning of strategy s money management. Equity - The value of the account balance plus the value of all open trades and swaps of open positions. As every account has a different balance, it is expressed by a percentage of the account balance. CapitalGuard - When a strategy experiences drawdown beyond an acceptable level chosen for its risk type, MultiTrader will then close its positions and deactivate the signal to clients. More about this functionality can be found in the section CapitalGuard - limiting your loss. Risk type - This is linked to the CapitalGuard level. Each strategy has a written description of the risk type listed in the strategy s information. A CapitalGuard level of 20% is considered as a conservative risk; a level of 35% is an average risk, and a 50% level is a high risk level. Rank - The ranking of MultiTraders takes into account important aspects of a successful strategy - average monthly gain, drawdown, risk estimate, and duration of trading. The more that these factors are in balance, the higher the rank will become.

4 PROFIT AND LOSS Both profit and loss are possible when investing with Multitrader. Each strategy has its own money management and risk control. Be sure to expose your capital only to the risks that are acceptable for you. One of Multitrader s best features is that each strategy can limit its maximum loss. This loss control is ensured by closing all open positions at a specified drawdown level. The percentage of maximum drawdown where the positions will begin closing by MultiTrader Inc. is specified in each strategy s description and is called the CapitalGuard level. CAPITALGUARD - LIMITING YOUR LOSS The MultiTrader platform uses a safety feature called CapitalGuard for protecting client capital. This feature prevents a strategy s equity from dropping (i.e., drawdown) below a predetermined level defined by its risk type. If this happens, MultiTrader will close the strategy s positions and deactivate the provider s signal to prevent further loss. In some specific cases there may be a difference in drawdown between the account of a strategy and client s own Live account; for example, if the client s account connects to a strategy that has trades already open before the client s connection. When the client s account experiences a higher drawdown than the strategy s account, we will inform the client by shortly before his account reaches CapitalGuard level. This is to inform them so they can make a decision on whether to perform their own detachment or remain connected. The CapitalGuard level is calculated as the equity level in relation to the previous highest balance achieved on the account. MultiTrader Inc. can not guarantee that your loss will be the same or less than this level. Because closing positions can take some time, there may be an additional loss that arises during this process. DIVERSIFICATION AND DISCONNECTION You have a choice to invest in more than one strategy and diversify your funds between different trading styles. If you decide that a chosen strategy is not suitable for you, then you can easily disconnect from this strategy anytime you wish. The ability to diversify, connect or disconnect are component parts of the MyAxiory client zone options.

5 QUITTING A STRATEGY When you click the disconnect button in the MyAxiory user interface, the process of detachment begins. Please be aware that due to technical reasons your request can take up to 24 hours for processing. You can withdraw funds at any time. However, complete removal of funds allocated to strategies can only be withdrawn after detachment. PROFIT FEE AND THE HIGH WATERMARK PRINCIPLE Strategy providers are paid for their trading expertise in profit fees. This means the profit gained on your account is shared with them. If there is no profit, then there is no reason to compensate the provider. This is their incentive to trade successfully. No other fees are required for investment. Profit fees are based on the high water mark principal, for example: If you profit in the first month, you share it. If in the second month you are in loss, then you share nothing. If you are profitable in the third month, you only share from the part of the profit that is above the first month s balance. FUNDS STAY IN YOUR ACCOUNT Another important feature is the strategy provider has no access to client funds. No withdrawals, no disposition of client money - nobody has access to your money except you. Period. OPENING AN ACCOUNT AND CONNECTING TO STRATEGIES If you are interested in investing in one or more Multitrader strategies, just click the Open account button on any Axiory page. You will be redirected to the MyAxiory registration page, which will take you step by step through the registration process and selection of strategies. Simple registration process consists of completing the following: 1. Personal details 2. Investment questionaire 3. Files & contract 4. Choose a strategy(ies) and deposit funds.

6 FUNDING AND WITHDRAWAL OPTIONS Account funding is possible by bank wire transfer to HSBC bank. Our bank account details are listed on the Axiory website. To withdraw funds by bank wire transfer, simply fill out the request form. Afterwards, you can send the request back by . Axiory Master Card is another withdrawal option that is funded from your trading account. It can be used for ATM withdrawals and payments anywhere in the world. Withdrawal of your funds is easy to perform in just a few steps in the MyAxiory client zone. MYAXIORY CLIENT ZONE - MANAGING ACCOUNTS AND STRATEGIES EASILY MultiTrader is integrated into the client zone called MyAxiory. In MyAxiory you have a profile that allows you to manage accounts easily. The MultiTrader section contains a list of strategies with full descriptions, live results and updated statistics every 15 minutes. With MyAxiory you have 24/7 access to your trading account(s) to view your investment growth. If you want to deposit funds or withdraw, you can do it easily in just a few clicks. Connecting to or disconnecting from strategies is just as easy. TRANSPARENCY Most importantly, you still have the option of managing your account directly through the MT4 platform. There you can see the open trades, closed trades, account balance, equity and detailed reports that you can save of your account. Although using MT4 is not complicated, it is intended for the more advanced investors. The MyAxiory client zone offers more intuitive control and management of your investments. 7 GLOSSARY STP - Straight Through Processing - A direct order execution. In this model, the brokerage company is an intermediary between clients and the providers of liquidity. Client orders in the STP model are automatically sent to the liquidity providers. In this model there is no conflict of interest between the broker and client. Leverage - The use of various financial instruments or borrowed capital, such as margin, to increase the potential return of an investment. This can work for you and against you as well. Strategy - A trader s planned course of action that determines whether to buy, sell or close trading positions at any given time. Traders base these decisions on individual goals, risk tolerance and future capital needs. Strategies can either be executed manually by the trader or through automated processes. (EA s). Drawdown - The peak-to-trough decline during a specific record period of an investment, fund or commodity. Drawdown is usually quoted as the percentage between the peak and the trough. Profit fee - The profit fee is calculated as a percentage of the actual investment profits. Equity - The value of your investment plus the value of all open trades and swaps of open positions. Open trade, open position - The position the trader entered and has not closed yet. A trader still undergoes risk on this position and the profit/loss can still fluctuate following market movement. Swap, resp. swap rate - A forex swap rate is defined as an overnight or rollover interest (that is earned or paid) for holding positions overnight in foreign exchange trading. Detachment - The disconnection from a strategy.

8 RISKS & DISCLAIMER It is not possible to guarantee any results on the FX market. Trading with leverage can lead to substantial profits, but losses as well. Please remember, that it is your decision whether to connect to a strategy or not. Neither Axiory nor Multitrader can intervene on your account without your explicit authorization. In the MultiTrader platform, there can be a difference between published results and real results on a client s account. Although the transfer only lasts a few milliseconds, movement in the market during this time may result in a pip difference. However, this result shouldn t be of any real significance to the client s account. All traders complete their profiles by themselves. Axiory does not verify and is not responsible for their described trading style, and if all information in the profile is up-to-date, Axiory only verifies that past results published on the website are correct. Clients should always keep in mind that past results are not necessarily indicative of future results, and they should only invest funds that they can afford to lose. The MultiTrader ranking considers all important aspects of a successful strategy average monthly gain, drawdown, risk estimate, and duration of trading. The more these factors are in balance, the higher the rank will become. Nevertheless, strategy ranking has no intention to give you any recommendation or to prefer some strategies over the others. This must always be the client s decision.
