2 Overview The Federation of International Lacrosse has partnered with Lacrosse Entertainment to develop & launch free- to- play Facebook & Mobile Lacrosse digital trading card game. Our goal is to grow exposure & acceptance of the game of Lacrosse globally, FIL World Lacrosse Championships and FIL Member NaAons & Players represenang 50 countries. Development team has 100 years combined experience among key personnel of Producers, Designers, Artists and Engineers headed up by former CTO of Electronic Arts Asia. Leverage proven & existing technology. We effectively are modeling the success of EA s FIFA game franchise.

21 Management Team Michael Hentschel COO/CFO, Brings 30 years of experience in multiple rapid- growth ventures, hands- on corporate management, team- building, market- building, cash optimization and finance. While recent corporate positions have focused on CFO roles, he also has deep experience as CEO, COO and VP of Sales in prior years. Most notably Hentschel was Vice President & CFO of one of the world s first online social virtual world s Avaterra.com, a consumer and business- oriented interactive virtual worlds who derived revenue from advertising, member fees, custom virtual community development and software co- licensing. Consumers enter themed avatars (customized graphical representations of themselves) and express themselves by personalizing their appearance and communicating with other avatars through words, gestures and facial expressions. In the 80 s, he co- managed VC Funds such as $58- million Schroder Ventures in Silicon Valley, with superior 27% annual returns in his deals. He obtained a Kellogg MBA in International Finance, and a Yale BA in Archaeology and Economics. He is fluent in German and French, and taught Business Models at the Duke/Fuqua Executive MBA program for 5 years. Patrick Braid, Founder & Chief Strategist, brings more than 15 years of private and public financing experience with both high- growth startup and established companies, including a wealth senior management and business development positions in the broadband, technology, entertainment and social/mobile gaming industries. Mr. Braid Senior Advisor and former VP of Business Development of GameCloud Studios a leading developer of Social & Mobile games led by former CTO of EA Asia. He is owner of Skoodlez world, a children s plush toy brand leveraging online and mobile games. Most notably Mr. Braid was Director of Business Development for Eagle Broadband where he led and structured strategic partnerships with IBM, Microsoft, General Dynamics and SAIC. Aaron Baker, Chief Technical Advisor of Development & Operations Mr. Baker CEO of GameCloud Studios has spent 19 years in the electronic entertainment industry, most recently as the CTO, Asia for Electronic Arts. Prior to joining EA in 2006, Mr. Baker was the CTO at Global VR building an award- winning product team and helping drive the company from zero to over $20MM in revenue based on creating coin- operated games from EA- licensed titles such as Madden NFL Football, Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf and Need for Speed. Mr. Baker was educated at Stanford University, but left just prior to receiving his degree to start a game studio, WaveQuest, Inc. in 1993.

22 Sports Advisory Board Robert Erb - Mr. Erb is an executive team member that guided the adidas North American subsidiary from $250M to just under $1.7B and more than doubled revenues at TaylorMade from $330M to $770M. Lead a troubled Schutt brand out of bankruptcy, enjoying two consecutive years of double- digit growth and the highest earnings in company history. Introduced the concept of mass customization and cascading technologies into TaylorMade, adidas Golf and Schutt Sports, attaining market leadership for each organization. Inventor and holder of several patents, including the newest dual- density Thermal Plastic Urethane helmet lining system at Schutt; customizable clubs at TaylorMade; and custom- configured orthotic footwear at adidas and Fila. Edward Schauder - of top Wall Street law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference, to help structure and prepare investment vehicle and player rights agreement. Ed conceived and implemented a unique concept in sports marketing. By forming incorporated entities made up of members of championship sports teams or professional athletes linked together by similar accomplishments, he created programs to protect and market their intellectual property. From initial contact with the athletes to obtaining licensing rights, corporate sponsorships, endorsements, autograph memorabilia deals and appearances, Ed represented some of sports history's most beloved and storied teams, including the 1969 Mets, 1977 Yankees, 1972 Miami Dolphins, 1980 United States Olympic Hockey Team, and 1986 Giants. Ed has extensive experience building and protecting sports properties and is considered an expert in sports licensing.
