Learner, Sector Based Work Academy ILM The Institute of Leadership & Management is the UK s foremost leadership and management qualifications body. The qualifications are practically based, and are designed to complement the individual s role at work. Hoople is a recognised training centre for ILM courses. We offer both ILM certificate and ILM awards at key levels 2 and 3 and are developing content for level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. Lean systems thinking Lean systems thinking is a method whereby managers analyse a service organisation s systems to make changes to improve the customer experience.
