13 Conclusions Recruitment and engagement is HARD (even when you have Toshiba tablets to give away) Regular re-engagement is needed to maintain impact and reinforce positive behaviours Learn about technology shortcomings well ahead of deployment (alpha and beta test) Different deployment contexts highlighted very different issues and concerns: UK context shows fuel poverty to be significant concern
