3 Public Liability Insurance If a member of the public or any other third party suffers injury to person or damage to property which is due to the negligence of somebody representing the organisation then the insurance will pay out or provide indemnity. Limit of indemnity Not a legal requirement Relatively inexpensive for small organisations Costs depends upon size, range of activities and management of organisation Products liability insurance
