2 Who we are GRUPO MAAS, S.A We are a full service company oriented in Personnel Management (OutSourcing) and Talent Search and Selection (headhunting), with infrastructure, experience and strength that we have achieved in 21 years of service in the business environment of Mexico.

This is why we have the knowledge and experience in: Research and Selection of Human assets for all areas of national and multinational companies, including administrative staff and unionized workers. Staff training and development at all levels, including the formal legal terms and commissions management training, training needs assessment, development of plans and training programs for administrative and unionized staff levels. Relations is a core area for the fulfillment of the objectives of any productive organization. Our experience in this line is strong by virtue of having participated in a process of negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, from development, evaluation, negotiation, registration and administration, that with respect to unionized employees, while managing relationships with non-union personnel.

8 Human Assets The training and continuous training is the best way to get results that the client needs, therefore our staff consistently receives the information required to meet the needs of the operation they perform. The mission of the training area is to train and certify all employees (administrative and operational). Everyone must complete a minimum of 25 hrs. effective in a training year.

All our vehicles are insured with comprehensive coverage including liability for contingencies Transportation We also have 12 vehicles to support operations which the oldest is 2005 and the latest 2009, plus vans for 9-15 passengers and trucks with capacity for 42 passengers.

13 Computer equipment The connectivity and systems of infrastructure comprises the latest technology equipment. All computer equipment have version of last updated licenses in each software we use. The mobility of this executives business must have in terms of technology a guaranteed. It is essential to have the necessary resources to help our clients (current and future), and we have the best team to achieve this work.

14 Computer equipment With some clients we are able to work with because of their own equipment, allows us to communicate through FTP tunnels so now we just have to make an extension number to communicate with GRUPOMAAScorp. Under this modality, we decrease operating costs.
