5 SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES Jeff Zindani LLB MA, was the Founder of Forum Law Solicitors and Legal Assistance Direct. Jeff was an Equity Partner at Russell Jones and Walker (now Slater & Gordon) before setting up Forum Law in 2003, a customer focused personal injury law firm with a turnover of 3 million. He was described by the Lawyer Magazine as a millennium lawyer to watch out for. He has also written a number of books and articles and acts as a consultant to a number of law firms on strategy and change management projects. He still advises a number of professional associations and trade unions on changes in the legal services market., is one of the UK s foremost speakers on costs and dispute resolution and is a special Adviser to the Association of Costs Lawyers. He has advised Lord Justice Jackson on costs budgeting and management. Recently, he has worked closely with HH Judge Simon Brown QC who pioneered active case/costs management. He is also a visiting Professor at City University London and is an Editor on the Board of the New Law Journal.
