4 AIMS/CREDIT CHECKS AIMS If you are approaching or falls far below, or no scores you will need to take the next test date. Do not fail to take each test as the state may still allow augmentation (points added in to the AIMS score based on grades). Meets Score: Math: 487 Reading: 674 Writing: 480 Total credits remaining As of July you should have 10 credits or more to graduate, otherwise you will need to get credits outside of the regular school day. 9 Questions of PSAT Critical Reading: 13 Sentence Completions and 35 Passage-Based Reading Questions ( word passages). Two 25 minute sections Mathematics: 28 multiple-choice questions, 10 student-produced response questions (grid-ins). ins). PSAT does not have 11 th grade-level math questions. Two 25 minute sections Writing (focus on editing, grammar, usage, and organization: 20 improving sentences questions, 14 identifying sentence error questions, 5 improving paragraph. One 30 minute section PSAT measures the ability to reason with facts and concepts rather than the ability to recall them.

13 Why the AIMS Scholarship might not matter anymore: If you have high grades and test scores, You are likely to get offered more money from the university than the ¼ tuition through the AIMS Scholarship.
