1 ONLINE APPLICATION GUIDE Before you sit down to fill out the application, please make sure you have the following: 1. Student s Social Security Number 2. Student s e- mail address 3. Parent/Guardian e- mail address 4. Parent/Student cell phone numbers 5. Previous addresses if you have NOT lived in your current home for more than two years (we will need addresses for the previous two years) 6. Visa information for any international student

2 SCREEN 1: Click on First time user account creation SCREEN 2: ID must be up to 9 alphanumeric characters. Idea! Use your initials, your nickname or pet s name. The pin number must be 6 digits. Idea! Use something you will remember easily: birthday, cell phone number, etc. Make sure you write down the login ID and pin created! SCREEN 3: Select third option that mentions College Credit Plus Program High school students taking college courses.

3 SCREEN 4: County and school district will be drop down menus from which you can make selections. Choose other if your district is not listed. Choose home school if you are a home school student Choose option A if you are paying for tuition and books on your own. Choose option B if your district is paying for tuition and books. Check all options that apply to you. SCREEN 5: Will list all available terms for enrollment. Check each term to see the course schedule at your high school.

4 SCREEN 6: Check each course you want to enroll in at your high school. If no options are available, it will say No courses found. Click Continue when complete. SCREEN 7: Select the term you want to enroll in classes (if fall and spring then select fall). Type your name and click on the Fill Out Application button to continue. You must complete everything with a red star.

5 SCREEN 8: This will be a running checklist for you. As you complete sections, the icons will turn to checkmarks. Along the way, you will be able to return to checklist. SCREEN 9: Your name should be pulled through from prior input, if not, re- enter your name. Click Continue when complete.

6 SCREEN 10: Fill out your permanent address and phone information here. Adding your cell phone number is a required field. Click Continue when complete. SCREEN 11: You only need to complete this page if your mailing address is different from your permanent address. Click Continue when complete.

7 SCREEN 12: You must enter your social security number here. The application will not let you move ahead unless you do. Continue answering the remaining questions and then click Continue when complete. SCREEN 13: This section is VITAL to prove residency and avoid out- of- state fees. You only need to list one parent or guardian. Click Continue when complete.

8 SCREEN 14: You can use this feature to find your high school. Students at Technical Schools have to enter more than one high school. Technical school students should enter home school first, technical school second. Home school and middle school students will enter their school information in the If School not found section. SCREEN 15: Former College in High School and SB- 140 students should complete this section!

9 SCREEN 16: Enter what you think you will major in. You can always change your mind in the future. If you have no idea, enter general studies, College of Liberal Arts. A list of majors and the colleges they are housed in is located at the end of this user guide. SCREEN 17: Be sure to check yes or no for both questions.

10 SCREEN 18: Final checklist should have all sections check marked! Then click Application is Complete SCREEN 19: Students must click I agree to the terms in order to submit the application! SCREEN 20: Successful application will show up under submitted applications.
