3 Transportation Airline Service Transports are only offered between Zurich airport to Nottwil Seminarhotel Sempachersee or Campus Sursee Zurich airport. Nations that wish to have transports need to inform the LOC before 8 May Price: CHF per person (Zurich airport to hotel and back to Zurich airport) Required information: - arrival date and time - flight number - number of person - number of wheelchairs - number of luggage like daily wheelchair, bicycles, handbikes, wheelboxes, toolboxes etc. Transfers from hotel to competition area are the responsibility of the nation. Accommodations & Meals Hotels for athletes A number of hotels, close to the competition venues, have reserved a block of rooms for athletes and their support staff. Special rates will be offered to those that mention their participation in this competition. Reservations must be booked directly with the hotel and payment of services will be the responsibility of the team leader or athletes. 10 Media accreditation To get a media accreditation, please fill in the form: /frontend/handler/document.php?id=105&type=42 Please send the completed form to: paracycling2015@paraplegie.ch Visa Each National Federation is responsible to obtain the appropriate entry documentation for their delegation. For all visa request, please fill in the Visa Form with your First Entry documentation. Send the completed form together with the rest of your First Entry information to rss@spv.ch to request an official letter of invitation for riders/officials. 11 Safety & Medical care Safety Notice We strongly recommend that you secure flags to your bike during practice. It is very important to be visible for your safety and for the safety of motorists. If you are practising on the courses outside of the official training times, it is very important that you consider other road users. Especially in inclinations and descents you always have to expect slow traffic (agriculture and forestry vehicles). Should you become involved in an accident, and you have a mobile phone, dial 144 and advise operator of your location and your condition. Medical costs inluding ambulance service, hospital stay and doctor consultations, will be the responsibility of the athletes. Medical Facilities Should you require medical care during your stay in Nottwil, please visit the medical tent at the competition venue. Emergency Care Insurance For emergency care, please go to the emergency room at the Swiss Paraplegic Centre, which is directly located at the competition venue. All participants (included but not limited to team officials, riders and their assistants) are aware that they bear their own responsibility for any injury, accident and/or lost that may occur during their stay in Switzerland while taking part in these Championships. Participants should take up a properly insurance before leaving their country in order to protect themselves against any loss and to indemnify themselves against any claims.
