2 AS-Enterprise provides complex functionality, starting from finances to supply chain management, production, sales, human resources management, etc. It is equipped with innovative solutions in financial activities field, it is cheap and easy to use. AS-Enterprise Convenient interface Each employee has convenient interface where the resources of that user are located within his jurisdiction. At the same time familiar definitions for accountants are used- document, folder, journal, registration which enables to quickly input data and quickly search from logically grouped data and receive the necessary information. The ability to control- All history of documents is registered and saved in the system. You can find out who, from where and how created, changed or deleted that document or when accounting entries were given or deleted. Working languages: Each user has a working language, at the same time different users can use different languages-armenian, English and Russian. Reports and printable forms are presented in users working language. Working periods- Working periods and report periods can be different for users. System administrator sets time. Authorizations: Users have access only to necessary data. Authorizations system is used in different management levels, starting from infrastructures to chart of accounts, partners, subdivisions and more. Scalability- Several work stations, large working groups and organizations can use the system. Parallel development of business processes is carried out, data exchange and storing, without reducing overall performance. 8 Gateway It is possible to integrate AS-Enterprise with software development of other producers, particularly via gateway. Gateway is created in.net and provides direct intersystem connection. It can work either on separated or on SQL 2005 server. When referring to the gateway it is possible to create accounting or information data in AS-Enterprise databases from other software packages by avoiding intermediate data export and import. Full description of gateway is given to our customers programming groups. Multi-branch accounting AS-Enterprise multi-branch version enables to be informed about branches data in real time in head office and control their work; also to receive consolidated financial statements on the basis of company and each branch. OLAP OLAP technology enables to receive various analytical reports in Excel and receive consolidated financial statements. Through OLAP reports you can find out about changing patterns and tendencies that take place in business processes and make important decisions on time. Data protection, reliability and management The system is based on customer-server structure by using Microsoft SQL Server database management system. Microsoft SQL Server is a comprehensive and integrated system which provides users with protected, secure and efficient basis of information processing and usage. Due to automation of big functionality, interconnection with the system and standard problem solutions Microsoft SQL Server provides data protection full solution in different types of organizations. Software is fully protected from unlicensed entries both by using our own resources and the original databases. In case of technical failures system goes back to its last operation condition.
