2 Test Name Test ID Synopsis Prerequisites TRI-03.1 Add Chemicals/Reporting Years to efdp TRI-03.1 This script verifies that the TRI-MEweb efdp (Electronic Facility Data Profile) has been updated to include the list of chemicals/reporting years for which the efdp was triggered. The efdp is triggered when you prepare and certify a submission and the submission successfully passes TRIPS facility reconciliation. efdp s are sent nightly. The efdp you receive in this test should match the template included at the end of this test script. Note that the data contained in the will vary from user to user. The user has logged into the TRI-MEweb application. Processing Steps Expected Results Actual Results Notes Issue Number 1. Prepare a form that contains your address in the Part I Section 4.3 Technical Contact Address field. Certify the test form. 2. Ensure that the submission has successfully passed TRIPS facility reconciliation. For expert EPA headquarters testers this can be done by accessing the TRI DPC Processing application and processing the facility from manual recon. For all other testers, this check can be performed by CGI UAT support. You can increase your chances of passing facility reconciliation by reporting using a nonmultipart facility. 3. An efdp will be sent to you the night this test is performed. Verify that you have received an efdp the night (or early morning) following when the test form was submitted. A confirmation is received when the submission is certified. The submission has passed TRIPS facility reconciliation. An efdp is received. 2
