1 Quick Start Guide for Vopium Android app (version 1.0): This guide describes our new Vopium Android app, an overview of its many features and quick tips for taking advantage of low cost international calls with Vopium. The updated Vopium Android app (version: 1.0) features many enhancements to our user interface and system functionality. These include: 1- Simplified sign-up process 2- Four ways to call and save 3- Call cost preview 4- Call quality meter and real time call quality analysis 5- Earn call credits by sharing with Facebook and Twitter 6- Storage of Calls, IM and message history 7- Call quality feedback support 8- Application overview (Dashboard) Simplified sign-up process Vopium Android app (version 1.0) features a simplified version of our Vopium sign up/registration process. When you have signed-up with Vopium, the application will ask you to verify your registration details using a 4-digit pin code sent to you by SMS. To receive 5 min and 5 SMS FREE trial, you will need to enter your 4-digit pin code as demonstrated below. If you do not verify your registration, you will still be able to use Vopium by topping-up or buying a call plan. However, the prompt for verifying your details and receiving your free trial offer will continue to be sent to your account until you confirm. The steps involved in verifying your registration include: After the sign up you will receive a prompt for verifying your account.

2 On pressing Verify Now, you enter your 4-digit verification PIN sent via SMS to you

3 If you press Later and choose not to verify your account at this time, you can still make calls, top up or buy a call plan with Vopium. But in this case, you will remain an unverified user with Vopium. If you do not receive an SMS with your PIN verification number, please tap SMS not received below the Verify Now button. In the next step, you will be asked to initiate a call back as shown below.

4 Four ways to call and save Vopium Android app (version: 1.0) enables you to choose the way you call based on the connection available to you and your price considerations. Vopium Pro: When you call with Vopium, it is just like making a regular phone call on your mobile. You dial your number or tap your contact. Vopium then seamlessly connects you via a local access number and then continues your call to its international destination via Vopium VoIP technology. With Vopium Pro, you pay your mobile service provider for the local call and Vopium for the international part of your call. If you are travelling abroad, we recommend that you do not use Vopium Pro because of high roaming costs for the local part of your call your mobile service provider will charge you. Vopium Out: Uses a Wi-Fi internet connection to connect your call. You will need access to a Wi-Fi internet connection to use Vopium Out. In this case, there are no charges incurred by your mobile service provider. You only pay Vopium for your international call. When travelling abroad, we recommend that you always call with Vopium Out and a Wi-Fi connection. In this way, you will save up to 94% on your international calls even when travelling. Please note that sound quality may vary depending on your internet connection. Vopium Free: With Vopium Free, you can call free when you and the person you are calling are using both Vopium and Wi-Fi. You can use Vopium Free to call anyone - from your next-door neighbor to a friend around the world - and from any destination, as long as you and the person you are calling are both on Vopium and Wi-Fi connected. Call over 3G: When you call with 3G, we connect you automatically via a data connection to our local access number. Your call is then continued internationally via Vopium s VoIP technology. The entire length of your call however, takes place via your 3G data connection. This means that depending on your data usage agreement with your mobile service provider, you may or may not be charged for the data used during the call. When travelling abroad, we strongly recommend that you turn off 3G because of high international data roaming charges. Call cost preview Vopium Android app enables you to preview the cost of your call before you make it. In this way, you can choose the optimal way you would like to connect: Vopium Pro, Vopium Out, Vopium Free or Call over 3G - while keeping an eye on your costs. In the screenshot below, the user is making a call with Vopium Pro. Vopium displays the call cost/min before the user dials.

5 Below, the user is calling with Vopium Out where the call is made via a Wi-Fi connection.

6 If your Wi-Fi connection is not strong enough to support a call, Vopium will prompt you to try Vopium Pro instead, using our real time call quality analysis technique.

7 In all three cases, Vopium reminds you of possible data roaming charges and recommends that you use a Wi-Fi connection to avoid roaming charges or chat instead, free.

8 In the last scenario below, the user is making a free call using Wi-Fi connection on both ends but the internet connection may not be sufficient for a good quality call. Vopium real time call quality analysis will recommend that you to use Vopium Pro instead.

10 Earn call credits by sharing Vopium with Facebook and Twitter friends Vopium enables you to earn call credits when you make a post on Facebook and Twitter. Every time you post a Vopium message on one of the two communities, you earn $0.10 in call credits. We have a limit of one post = $0.10 credit per week. With your Vopium Android app, you ll be able to login to your Facebook and Twitter accounts to invite friends too. The best part is, the more friends using Vopium, the more people you can call using Vopium Free. Remember with Vopium Free, if you are both on Wi-Fi and Vopium, it s free to talk!

11 Storage of Calls, IM and Message history Vopium s new Android app enables the user to view call, chat/im and SMS history. Vopium also informs you the types of calls you have made and their cost. Call History Shows all your incoming, outgoing and missed call information, grouped chronologically by today, yesterday and date.

12 Message and IM History Shows all your incoming and outgoing SMSes and instant message history, grouped chronologically by today, yesterday and date. Call quality feedback support Optionally, after you have made a call with Vopium, you can provide feedback regarding the call quality or any issues during the call. This is an important feature for Vopium as it enables us to improve our services via your comments.

13 Application (Overview) The general application overview features a button that you can swipe to turn Vopium ON/ OFF to save battery usage. Below this button, you can see your avatar, full name, phone number, available credit and call plan name. After this, you have a Call now panel, when tapped opens the native dialer directly on your Android phone. Remember, with Vopium, you dial directly from your phone or contacts just like making a regular mobile call. The Top up or subscribe option let s you open the Vopium website store in a browser enabling you to Top up and purchase special offers/call plans.

14 Settings on Vopium application: Call Settings includes the below points present in screenshot 2. We recommend that you enable Always use Vopium and Enable internet calling that lets you call over Wi-Fi. Also enable the notifications present in screenshot 3 to get most out of the Vopium app. Top up or buy a call plan Direct from your Android you can easily top up, check your account current balance, add credit, set auto top up, select a minimum balance, subscribe to call plans, review call plans, and pay for your order by entering your credit card details.
