2 Executive summary Prices increased in November by 0.4 percent seasonally adjusted the HPI increased by 1.1 percent Volumes were higher than last year, but a good deal below the All Time highs from 2010,11 After falling for two months in a row the Year/year growth rate increases to 6.0 percent Oslo remains the strongest market and the underperformance of Stavanger is getting bigger and bigger Due to seasonal factors little new supply is put on the market in November and December, unsold stock decreased For yet another month the 12 month rolling rate of housing starts continued grow
