Legal, compliance, and risk management issues unique to this arrangement are made much easier to administer by using SMART. SMART is used by Vensure and our insurance carrier to identify and track the accounts of and classifications codes utilized by our staffing industry clients. Our TSC s simply login to SMART to add new account information, including the number of assigned employees and estimated annual wages by class code, and request new class codes. SMART immediately notifies Vensure and our insurer of the requests so they are reviewed and responded to timely. If approved, the TSC will receive an notification and the new class code will be added to the policy. SMART is secure, confidential, and proprietary.
